How HomeSec appraisal information is handled

This platform handles confidential property, application, document and client information for authorised HomeSec staff only. Access is individual, role-limited and auditable.

Data use

Information is used to send an internal request to the assigned valuer and retain the human values, commentary, screenshots and final outcome. The platform does not generate an AI market appraisal or an automatic lending decision.

Storage and access

Structured records are stored in a private database. Documents and voice notes are held in private object storage. Downloads require an authenticated, authorised request and are not public.

Monitoring and retention

Sensitive client values and direct private links are excluded from monitoring payloads. Completed lending records are not automatically deleted without an approved HomeSec retention policy.

Your responsibilities

Do not upload unnecessary personal information, share private links outside HomeSec, or use voice-note recording to record a telephone call. Report suspected access issues immediately.
